- 1.5-2c cooked chickpeas
- .5c olive oil
- .5c lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- .5t cumin
- .5t coriander
- dash turmeric
- salt
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric in a bowl. Let sit for a couple minutes.
- Add salt to taste, mix in chickpeas.
