Blueberry Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 4c fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4c flour
- 2T sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1T butter
Directions
- Combine ingredients except the butter.
- Place in pie shell.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, and then reduce to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
