Ingredients
- 2 scoops (200ml) dry roasted coffee beans (Sumatra, Ethiopia Harrar) OR 2.5 scoops (300ml) coffee beans
Directions
- Slide in roasting container until the base is firmly in, and the lid clicks into place
- Press "Time (Power On/Off)" and turn the time dial clockwise to set the time.
- Turn the "Temp (Start/Stop)" dial clockwise to set the temperature.
- Press the "Temp (Start/Stop)" button to start the roaster.
- You can extend the roasting time at any time by turning the "Time (Power On/Off)" dial.
- Press the "Temp (Start/Stop)" button at any time to stop roasting and transition into cool-down cycle.

- Make sure the lid is on properly.
- At the same time, firmly press "Roast/Temp" (R) and "Cool/Time" (C).
- Push R once.
- Push the arrows until you read you desired temperature.
- Push C once.
- Push the arrows until you reach 4 minutes.
- Push R once.
- Push the arrows until you reach you desired temperature.
- Push C once.
- Push the arrows until you reach 7 minutes.
- Push R once.
- Push the arrows until you reach you desired temperature.
- Push C once.
- Push the arrows until you reach 4 minutes.
- At the same time, firmly press R and C. It should say "SET".
- Push R once to get it started.
- When beans are dark and slightly oily, hit C.
