Double-Choco Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2c margarine
- 3/4c sugar
- 2c flour
- 3/4c cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg replacer
- 1/2c - 3/4c soymilk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream together oil/margarine and sugar.
- Mix in flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, vanilla, egg replacer, and soymilk. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Form into 1-inch balls and put onto cookie sheets. Slightly flatten the balls with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350F preheated oven. They should be slightly undercooked when removed from the oven. This gives cookies that are almost like a brownie. If you want crisp, cookie-like cookies, bake for a few minutes longer.
