Hazelnut Torte
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4c white sugar
- 2-1/2t baking powder
- 1c hazelnuts
Mocha filling
- 2T butter
- 1c icing sugar
- 2T hot strong coffee
- 1t cocoa
- 1/2t vanilla
Directions
- Combine first set of ingredients in the blender.
- Bake in 2 well-greased, 8" pans at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Once cooled, put a layer of mocha filling between two layers of cake.
- Top with whipped cream.
