Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Ingredients
- 0.3c pumpkin purée
- 0.75c packed brown sugar
- 1.25c water
- 1t cinnamon
- 0.5t nutmeg
- 0.25t cloves
- 0.25t powdered ginger
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until it begins to coat the back of a spoon.
- Refrigerate. Add 1-2T to a latte/steamed milk.
