- 4 earl grey or orange pekoe teabags
- about 2L water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3-4T sugar
- Brew teabags in water in full sun for 4-6 hours.
- Once tea is nice and dark, remove teabags and add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well, flavour as needed (more lemon or sugar may be needed for orange pekoe tea).
